Our story

Our story began in a small bakery in Kosovo, in 1986. From that humble start, our passion for baking grew into a journey that led us through Albania and Romania, sharing millions of freshly baked goods along the way before opening our first bakery in Norway. Through this journey, we have always focused on quality, taste, and the joy of creating something people truly appreciate. Today, we are proud to be a bakery that combines that tradition with authentic Balkan flavors—always with the same simple goal: to make everyday life a little sweeter for you.

Our journey began in Prishtinë, where the first seeds of a big dream were planted. Rooted in family passion, we spent over a decade sharing our love for traditional baking.

A new chapter began as our family expanded into Albania. We filled the streets with fresh aromas, from the city of Kavajë to the beautiful summer coast of Durrës.

A major milestone was reached with our first bakery in Romania. This exciting adventure became a new home for our passion, allowing us to make many wonderful new friends.

Our biggest chapter yet. We proudly brought our family's tradition to Norway, opening our doors to a wonderful new community and sharing decades of authentic Balkan baking joy.
